All communications to the Strathmore HOA should go through our management company for tracking and archiving purposes. Our property manager will contact the appropriate Board members, as necessary and manage the communications and work orders.

Life threatening emergencies should be handled by calling 9-1-1 immediately and first. When the office is closed, for After Hours Maintenance Emergency (property threatening), please call 310 325-1110 and an answering service will pick up and then forward your concern to Emmy.  There is no fee to contact CMI after hours for an emergency.  Non-emergency calls will be responded to on the next business day, within 24 hours.
Business hours are:
9 am to 5 pm Monday - Friday  Closed for lunch from 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm
Although the CMI office is open to clients during these hours, we recommend that you schedule an appointment if you intend to meet with a specific staff member.
